These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GET DATA APP VTU registration portal (the "Service"). By submitting an application or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this Service. By applying, you confirm that the business and contact details you provide are accurate and belong to you or your authorized business.

Your Account & Information

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information in your registration and to update it if it changes.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent registration details.
• Use the Service to impersonate another person or business.
• Attempt to access, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to submit bulk or spam applications.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.

Applications & Approval

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. We review each application and may approve, reject, or request additional information at our discretion. We are not liable for any decision made in the course of reviewing applications.

Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive transactional emails about your application status and to be contacted on the WhatsApp number you provided regarding your registration. We will never ask you for money, passwords, or one-time codes through these channels.

Intellectual Property

The Service, its branding, content, and design are owned by GET DATA APP. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, GET DATA APP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any reason at our discretion, including to protect the Service and its users from abuse or fraud.
